no ReformCast this week.

greetings all.

what a week. my trusty powerbook was a little worse for the ware and, while i still have warranty left, i took it in for service.

that, coupled with a lack of air conditioning, alongside 100 degree temperatures, holding hands with me having stayed up way late everynight this week has resulted in me having no time/gumption/desire for a podcasting session this week.

the future of the ReformCast will be examined and evaluated over the weekend.

stay tuned for any necessary announcements.

grace and peace,
kdd

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
distiguished from:
Willy Wonka and the Choctate Factory
Roald Dahl’s book on which both are based
quick take
Depp=amazing as always
Danny Elfman’s music is like an oingo boingo album from space.
Tim Burton directs very well, pulling great performances.
casting of all is excellent
charlie played by Freddie Highmore (also in finding neverland)
the two nasty girls are great. violet’s mom (missi pyle) is eerily funny and hypnotic
is it a kids movie?
very close to the book but for one major inclusion

schlissel lies?
-did schlissel really say this?
-listen for yourself.
-or watch for yourself (a more succinct message)
-yup...whats that mean?
-its really a symantic struggle.
-schlissel clearly states“God does not and cannot sin”
-upset over negativity towards Gordon Clark?.
-im not a fan of schlissel but c’mon.
